Low Kick is able to hit opponents hidden underwater from using Dive.

For reference, the following Pokémon take 120 base damage from Low Kick. From Generation 5 onwards, heavy Pokémon kick up dust as they land switching in.

When a Pokémon is holding Fightinium Z and uses its Z-Power, Low Kick turns into All-Out Pummeling and has base power 160.
