Tickle lowers the target's Attack and Defense by one stage each.
Stats can be lowered to a minimum of -6 stages each.
When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Tickle turns into Z-Tickle and raises Defense one stage, in addition to its usual effect as above.
