Calm Mind raises the user's Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage each.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Calm Mind turns into Z-Calm Mind and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
