Each strike of Water Shuriken is treated like a separate attack:
The move Counter only counters the final hit, but Bide counters the complete damage.
The Skill Link ability will cause Water Shuriken to always hit the maximum number of times.
If Battle Bond is active, Water Shuriken always hits 3 times, each with 20 base power.
When a Pokémon is holding Waterium Z and uses its Z-Power, Water Shuriken turns into Hydro Vortex and has base power 100.
