Synchronoise hits all adjacent Pokémon that share a type with the user. Dual type Pokémon match either of their types, so for example a Normal/Flying Pokémon using Synchronoise will hit a Flying/Dragon type.

When a Pokémon is holding Psychium Z and uses its Z-Power, Synchronoise turns into Shattered Psyche and has base power 190.
