Shift Gear raises the user's Attack by one stage and Speed by two stages.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
When a Pokémon is holding Steelium Z and uses its Z-Power, Shift Gear turns into Z-Shift Gear and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
